ZNdo2G series toothed roller granule crusher adopts belt drive, and the working pair is a special structure of multiple wear-resistant alloys. The toothed rollers are driven in opposite directions at different speeds. Materials smaller than the gap between the toothed rollers are directly dropped without increasing the amount of powder. The toothed rollers larger than the gap are impacted, split, and crushed below the gap to exclude the machine cavity. Suitable for compressive strength of 200MPa, feed size ≤500mm, discharge size ≤8 ~ 50 (depending on the customer's site conditions, the size can be adjusted).
