ZNdp4G series toothed roller granule crusher adopts belt connection transmission, and the first and second working pairs adopt the special structure of multiple wear-resistant alloys. The two pairs of toothed rollers run at opposite speeds, respectively. Material smaller than the gap between two toothed rollers falls directly. Do not increase the amount of powder; materials larger than the gap are impacted, split, and crushed by the tooth roller below the gap value, and the machine cavity is excluded. Suitable for compressive strength ≤200MPa, no requirement for moisture content. Feeding particle size ≤500mm, crushing by one machine and discharging particle size ≤8 ~ 50mm (depending on customer site conditions, the output particle size is adjustable).
