TD75 DTII belt conveyor is widely used because of its large capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, low cost and strong versatility.

The metallurgical, mining, coal, port, transportation, hydropower, chemical and other departments continuously transport various bulk materials and pieces.

TD75 and DTII type belt conveyors, characterized by great conveying capacity, simple structure,

easy maintenance, low cost and strong universality, are widely used in the industries of metallurgy,

mines, coals, ports, transportation, hydro-power and chemical engineering for the continuous

conveying of various materials and components.

II. Features and Application

TD75 DTII type belt conveyor has six kinds of bandwidth, 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400 mm.

TD75 and DTII type belt conveyors has six belt widths: 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm

and 1400 mm.

It can be used for horizontal or oblique conveying, and it can also adopt the conveying form with convex arc segment, concave arc segment and straight segment. Allowable material block size depends on the belt

Width, belt speed, slot angle, and inclination angle also depend on the frequency of large pieces of material. The maximum inclination allowed for different materials is shown in Table 1.

The allowable maximum inclination is 80% of the value listed in Table 1. If you need to use an inclination angle greater than Table 1, you can use a pattern belt conveyor.

It can adopt horizontal or sloping conveying, as well as conveying with convex, concave and

straight sections. The size of the materials allowed for conveyance depends on the belt width, belt

velocity, groove angle and inclination as well as the number of the large-block materials. The

allowable maximum inclinations of various materials are shown in table 1, and during the sloping

conveying, the maximum inclination allowed is 80% of that in tale 1. The ribbed belt conveyor can

be adopted if the inclination larger than that in table 1 is required.

TD75 DTII type belt conveyor has two kinds of conveyor belts: ordinary rubber belt and plastic belt. The applicable working environment temperature is -25- + 40.

When conveying materials with components such as acidity and alkalinity, oily substances, and organic solvents, rubber or plastic belts that are resistant to oil and acids are required.

TD75 and DTII type belt conveyors adopt two kinds of belts, the ordinary rubber belt and plastic belt,

which are applicable to a working environment at temperature of -25- + 40 삸. For the conveying of

materials with acid, alkali, oil substances and organic solvent, oil, acid and alkali resistant rubber

and plastic belts shall be used.
